I haven’t weighed myself in ages..I weighed myself today and ughh..it’s the highest weight I’ve been. :/ Funny thing is I thought I lost weight. I weighed myself again to make sure I wasn’t making the numbers up..and the scale came up as “error”. Well, I am sorry for being such a fatass scale. But fuck you.
I haven’t posted here in a while… Because I haven’t been healthy or been working out.. :( And I haven’t weighed myself in over a month or two….don’t know if I want to find out or not.
I literally suck at this. :/ Starting tomorrow I am going to eat out a lot less and eat more healthier. Except for the fact that I don’t know what’s healthy…and hate everything healthy. But I at least should try to cut out all the fatty foods. First things first, note to self—> No more: Starbucks Jamba Juice Soda Sweet Tea (only once in a while..) These...
I have fallen really off track with my exercise and “diet”. Motivation for schoolwork and gym has dwindled to absolutely 0. But ickk..saw facebook pictures of a formal dinner and my arms look so fat. D: Starting next week I am going to stop going to Jamba, Starbucks, fatty drink places in general. And start doing some pilates at work, and maybe a bit of cardio.
