— My Workout Regimen
Because Regimen is a cool word.
I am not really used to “working out” or eating healthy, so I’ve made up a routine that I am going to try and follow.
Workout Regimen:
20-35mins of Cardio (elliptical, bike)
30mins - 1 hr of Wii Fit (strength training)
15-30mins of Abs Workout
10 mins of Booty Workout
