— Rules to Live By
Just listing a few rules that I should follow. :)
1. Always eat breakfast.
2. Indulge, but never go overboard.
3. Resist…Starbucks, Sweet Tea, Jamba Juice,etc. (enjoy in small amounts)
4. Because you are a cheap Asian, water is the best and only choice.
5. Never starve yourself. (ha, yeah right. i love food too much)
6. Start running. Start somewhere.
7. Eat 5 small meals a day. Eat something small every 2-3 hrs so your body doesn’t go into “starvation” mode.
8. Do cardio for at least 20 minutes a day, 5 times a week.
